HIPs requirements suspended...
20th May 2010, 12:21The Department of Communities and Local Government has announced today that the requirements for homeowners selling their homes to provide Home Information Packs (HIPS) are to be suspended with immediate effect. Please see the link below for further information: http://www.communities.gov.uk/news/corporate/1591777 Sellers will still have to commission an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) before marketing of the property commences.
