OFT announces further revision to Information Sheets…

On 22 March 2010 the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) issued General Notice 86 regarding Information Sheets on arrears and default required to be given to borrowers with Notices under sections 86 and 87 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.  These revised Information Sheets, which are to replace the English and Welsh language versions referred to in General Notice 84 dated 23 December 2009 should be used from 22 June 2010.
