Repossessions Sales
Our conveyancing service to lenders goes back as far as 1985, and during the last major property recession we handled bulk sales of properties in possession both on a private treaty basis and through auction.
Our Repossessions Sales Team consist of highly experienced conveyancing and support staff with expertise in specialist areas such as shared ownership and right to buy. They are very well versed in working to lender set mandates.
The team adopts a very active sales progression approach with staff dedicated to this key role. As far as it is possible to do so, funds are distributed on the day of completion.
Whilst our Sales team work in close tandem with our Asset Management team, they are also very familiar with working with external Asset Management companies, and enjoy good relationships with several of the leading names in this field
Having expert conveyancers working side by side with our Asset Managers has obvious advantages, as does having experienced litigation staff on hand to assist with any post-possession queries. Of added benefit however is that of the potential savings in cost, and this is something we are always happy to explore with our clients.
As with all our modular services, reporting is tailored to each individual client’s specific requirements, and can be delivered at intervals to suit.
