Services to Mortgage Lenders
General Overview
We are pleased to offer a comprehensive and extensive range of services to Lenders, operating a modular service underpinned by our legal helpline facility, offered free of charge to all our Lender clients.
We have been engaged in lending services since the 1980s undertaking specialist mortgage arrears and recovery associated work, and have particular experience in working in the specialist and sub-prime market involving both first and second charges. We also have a wealth of experience in dealing with all manner of third party servicers.
To further strengthen our all-encompassing range of services we offer an extensive range of specialist litigation services.
As well as being sole legal service providers, we are also members of solicitor panels and welcome the opportunity to attend panel meetings and to share best practice.
Our unique menu-style approach offers a fully flexible package, and Lenders may choose to select our 4 modular services together to form a complete “cradle to grave” solution to arrears recovery, in combination, or individually.
All modular services are provided on a competitive fixed fee basis, negotiable according to volume and lender requirements.
Our Case Management System, which is fully developed and maintained in-house, acts as a framework to support the professional judgment and expertise of our teams and offers a bespoke tailored service individual to each of our Lender clients.
Training workshops on any manner of lender-related work can be made available to both Lenders and third party services. Also available upon request is the two-way secondment of staff.
