Our specialist department provides clear and sympathetic legal advice to individuals and their families. We know that, when you come to us, it can be a very distressing and unstable time in your life and we take the time to listen to you and resolve your issues with efficiency and understanding.

The head of our team, Monica Havers, is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and has extensive experience in dealing with all matters of elderly client law, including wills, tax, care fee planning, probate and powers of attorney.

Both Monica Havers and Louise Lewis are members of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners which is a group of international professionals who specialise in estate planning and tax issues. Members of STEP are the most experienced practitioners in the field of trusts and estates and have to go through a rigorous examination process to prove their knowledge of this field.
