Our Civil Litigation Department also incorporates the Debt Recovery Department and therefore if you have a commercial debt recovery problem where there is no real legal dispute and the sum involved is less than £5,000, our Debt Recovery Department may be able to assist you.

Debt Recovery can often be dealt with on a 'no recovery, no fee' basis, where the debt is not disputed. For other cases our charges normally start at around £180 per hour + VAT.
