Neil Summerfield - Partner, Litigation

Neil trained as a solicitor with Lightfoots and qualified in 1986. He became a partner in 1989 and is responsible for our dispute resolution / litigation department.

He deals with the full range of civil litigation including commercial and individual client disputes. He has particular expertise in dealing with negligence claims against other professionals, such as surveyors, solicitors and accountants.

Clients include major banks and other lending institutions, businesses and individuals.
