Monica trained locally, qualified in 1999 and joined Lightfoots in 2005 to head our Probate Department. 

She is highly experienced in all aspects of estate administration, inheritance tax planning and will preparation. 

Monica is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly.
