Joe Middleton, Partner - Commercial

Joe joined Lightfoots as a trainee solicitor in September 1999 and qualified in September 2001. He became a Partner in May 2003.

He has experience in domestic conveyancing and litigation but the majority of his work is focused on commercial property and general business law. He acts for both landlord and tenant and deals with both company asset and share sales and purchases.

He advises some of the firm’s major clients on general commercial matters and acts for a number of property developers.
