Partner - Mortgage Arrears Recovery Department

Hilary has the overall management responsibility for the operational requirements of our Arrears Recovery Services for Mortgage Lenders.  She is responsible for our Litigation, Asset Management, Repossession Sales and Shortfall Debt Recovery departments.   

Hilary's wide expertise and knowledge places her uniquely within the Mortgage Arrears Litigation arena.

Hilary is a fully qualified Paralegal and has been with Lightfoots since 1990.
