Gill Wright

Partner - Head of Family

Gill Wright is head of our Family Law Department. 

She qualified in 1981 and has many years of experience advising on all aspects of family law.  She is empathetic and is committed to providing a constructive and non- confrontational approach to family law matters.

Gill is a member of Resolution First for Family Law and a member of the Oxford Resolution Committee, she is also a member of the Law Society Family Law Panel.

Gill is a trained collaborative lawyer, enabling couples to work with their solicitors to reach the best solutions for their families without going to Court, and she is also a trained mediator.

Gill has extensive knowledge and expertise on all issues relating to family breakdown, including divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, children matters, complex financial issues involving business interest and pensions.  She also has expertise in drafting pre-marital agreements and living together agreements.
