 BSc Econ (Hons), LLB (Hons). Eamonn has 20 years secured and unsecured loan litigation experience acting for both first and second charge mortgage lenders, gained both in house and in private practice.

He has particular expertise in the successful resolution of a wide range of contentious mortgage possession and shortfall recovery proceedings. In addition he also deals with his clients’ varied professional negligence claims against solicitors and valuers. He is very approachable and able to quickly see the ‘wood for the trees’ in the matters he deals with which enables him to give his clients frank and pragmatic advice in order to best resolve the difficult issues facing them.

Eamonn worked in house at First National Bank Plc (latterly as part of the GE group) for 14 years before joining Lightfoots in 2004. He qualified as a solicitor in 2008 and is a member of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association (PNLA).
